Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy

This document outlines the policy regarding refunds and ticket transfers for purchases made.

1. Refund Requests: Refunds ARE NOT GUARUNTEED. Due to the cost of this event, refunds are not guaranteed. To initiate a refund, the purchaser must contact Jessica Disciacca at [email protected]. All refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date. If we are able to find someone to transfer your ticket to, a refund will be processed. If we are unable to find another guest to take your ticket, a refund will not be processed.

2. Ticket Transfers: To transfer a ticket to another individual, the purchaser must first obtain authorization from Jessica Disciacca by contacting her at [email protected]. No ticket transfers will be permitted without prior notification and approval. There is a $10 processing fee for all transders.

By making a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to adhere to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and compliance.

Liability Release Form

In consideration of my participation in the event organized by Dark Flame Society, I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in this event may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other unforeseen events. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Dark Flame Society Loose Mansion, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise out of my participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise.

3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my participation in the event.

4. Governing Law: This release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri.

By purchasing a ticket to this event, I confirm that I have read and understood this Release of Liability Statement and voluntarily agree to its terms.

By purchasing a ticket to the Enchanted by the Sun, I, the undersigned, grant permission to Dark Flame Society and its representatives to capture and use photographs and/or video recordings of me during the event.

1. Permission Granted: I hereby grant Dark Flame Society the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and distribute photographs and/or video recordings of me for promotional, educational, or any other lawful purposes without further compensation or approval.

2. No Claims: I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product in which my likeness may appear and release Dark Flame Society from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of my image.

3. Governing Law: This release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri.
